Great location! Just a few minutes' stroll to the bus and train stations. The Superior Double or Twin Room with Terrace had a nice balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The soundproofing worked well. I hardly heard any noise from the street. Comfy beds, but the two singles pushed together created a hard ridge in the middle, which was uncomfortable. The hotel’s clean vibe really stood out. I appreciated the housekeeping service. However, there should be a heads-up about the lack of basic toiletries like toothpaste in the rooms. It took me some searching to find these in a nearby supermarket. Would have been perfect if those essentials were provided. Good shuttle service to the airport for a decent price. Overall, a few tweaks could elevate the experience further.

the stay at atotxa rooms was delightful. the room was super clean and secure, featuring a modern bathroom that was nicely decorated. we loved the balcony with its city view. the staff were especially friendly and even helped store our luggage on the final day. it’s just a 10-15 minute walk from the old town, making it very convenient.
